AGT stories!

I thought it would be interesting to see what stories they have.

I'm not sure, but I think my new AGT Ariel (26...won't arrive til MONDAY [img]graemlins/whatever.gif[/img] )is going to be a desert princess from another world who dresses in modern clothes sometimes because she wants to experiment with a new look. (Her father, the king, doesn't approve of her new look, though, because princesses shouldn't be wearing such outlandish clothes, of course!...sets a bad example for the people.) Ariel has 100 brothers and sisters, half of whom she hasn't even met. Most of whom are illegitimate. Ariel's family is polytheistic and even venerates the king (think ancient Babylon), but Ariel and her mother converted to Christianity when Ariel was a very young girl. Since it is illegal to worship anyone other than the king and the proscribed "gods" Ariel and her mother (and a few Christian siblings) must worship in secret. Once three of her siblings, Samson, Mitchell, and Andrew were caught and thrown into the fire. Fortunately the angel of the Lord saved them. (Think Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego (note the similarities in initials) from the book of Daniel). For a while after this miracle, the king made it legal to worship God, but eventually he repealed his edict. Ariel is 10 years old. Her outfit (when she's not in modern clothes) is Josefina's meet outfit minus the skirt. (Basically her white top and that sash that comes with the meet outfit around her waist.)

Great story! I love the part about the long lost twin... you must update us and tell us how that turns out!
